About the role
As a Customer Service Representative (Voice) with YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This full-time position is based in Leyte, Eastern Visayas, and will involve handling inbound and outbound customer calls to provide support, resolve inquiries, and enhance the overall customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, addressing a range of queries and concerns with patience and professionalism
- Respond to outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide updates, or upsell relevant products and services
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements to the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to provide a consistent customer experience
What we're looking for
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless customer support
