About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at StaffSmart Outsourcing in Cebu City. In this full-time role, you will be the voice of our company, delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Providing prompt and accurate information to customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our systems
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhering to quality assurance standards and key performance metrics

What we're looking for

  • With at least 6months of BPO experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in the local language, as well as fluency in English
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
  • A friendly, patient, and professional demeanour, with a genuine passion for customer service
