What you will do:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

Making outbound calls to generate UR contract opportunities. Engage with existing customers to build relationships and identify service opportunities.Generate and qualify sale opportunities to identify potential service customers.Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain customer and asset data.Drive awareness and sales of specific services or promotions through special campaigns.

Basic Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Education Required:

Bachelor's degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Good phone, verbal, and written communication skills in the English languageMust be keen to details.Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shift.Demonstrate excellent workload management skills.
