Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing a pod of Billing Coordinators; estimated 2-4
  • Support Manager and Director of Billing
  • Team Management, Training and Development
  • Collaborate with Finance and Account Management to ensure best practices are adhered   
  • Oversee and monitor timely Reconciliation of client prepaid media funds
  • Maintain the finance system to ensure all billings are expedited according to the contracted schedule and ensure proper documentation is saved
  • Proactively research outstanding AR and AP - unbilled/billed items
  • Answer client inquiries to maintain good billing relations between company and client
  • Ensure team is responding as tickets are received


Qualifications

  • 2-4 years' experience in a billing leadership role
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in either Finance or Accounting
  • Proficient in MS Excel required
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Superior knowledge of Agency billing
  • Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a changing work environment
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task a must
  • Ability to pick up on new systems a must
  • Able to manage remote team members
