  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable role.
  • Experience managing a high-volume billing process.
  • Highly proficient in enterprise software tools (Oracle Fusion and Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly detail oriented, analytical, hardworking, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and support process improvements.

  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Coordination of the global billing process ensuring timely and accurate billing of invoices to customers.

  • Monitor of the systems automated integration between the accounting platform and sales platform.
  • Apply Revenue & Finance policies, procedures, controls and methodologies as appropriate. Knowledge around Revenue Recognition is a must.
  • Respond to any billing queries from customers including completion of customer vendor forms.
  • Work closely with the broader accounting and finance team, and sales team, to ensure efficient and successful firm-wide operation
  • Collaboration with Partners and sales team in reconciliation and billing of Partnership Revenue.
  • Assist with Month-End Close procedures and reporting as needed, including adhering to strict Close and Billing deadlines.
  • Assist with Year-end Audit procedure.
  • Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • All other duties as assigned.

The position reports to Manager in Australia.

This role is a full-time, hybrid position that requires regular office attendance (3x per week). This position is based in our Makati City office.
