Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing a pod of Billing Coordinators; estimated 2-4
- Support Manager and Director of Billing
- Team Management, Training and Development
- Collaborate with Finance and Account Management to ensure best practices are adhered
- Oversee and monitor timely Reconciliation of client prepaid media funds
- Maintain the finance system to ensure all billings are expedited according to the contracted schedule and ensure proper documentation is saved
- Proactively research outstanding AR and AP - unbilled/billed items
- Answer client inquiries to maintain good billing relations between company and client
- Ensure team is responding as tickets are received
Qualifications
- 2-4 years' experience in a billing leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in either Finance or Accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel required
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Superior knowledge of Agency billing
- Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a changing work environment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task a must
- Ability to pick up on new systems a must
- Able to manage remote team members
