Accounting Manager

Office Location: Brgy. 134, Caloocan City

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Accounting Department, including the Accounts Receivable (AR) team.
  • Oversee and review all disbursement transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • Monitor and review accounting entries, reconciliations, and reports.
  • Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of receivables.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit requirements are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to accounting staff for efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Preferably with experience in accounting or audit, but open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
  • Can work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
