Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department.
  • Manage and supervise accounting staff, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams.
  • Conduct and oversee internal audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial records.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant government regulations.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain and improve accounting systems, controls, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Provide guidance and training to accounting staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and operational goals.
  • Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support management in strategic financial planning and cost control initiatives.
