Leads financial planning and analysis, oversees financial reporting, ensures accurate budgeting, manages cash flow, and provides financial insights to the CEO and the board of directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Overseeing financial planning and analysis to guide financial strategy and decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensuring all financial reports are accurate and submitted on time, often attesting to their accuracy.
  • Cash Flow Management: Tracking the company's cash flow, managing expenses, and ensuring the company has sufficient capital to meet its needs.
  • Strategic Direction: Providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's overall objectives and providing input on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Budget Management: Working with department heads to create and manage budgets and ensure that funds are allocated effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks to protect the company.
  • Team Leadership: Building and managing a top-notch finance and accounting team.
  • Executive Collaboration: Working closely with the CEO, COO, and board of directors on major financial and business matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php100,000,000.00 per month

  • SAP Finance & Controlling: 5 years (Preferred)
