Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of related experience
  • High school level or graduate
  • Can follow written and verbal instructions
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team
  • Good judgment and quick decision-making skills
  • Alert and observant at all times
  • Has good communication and people skills
  • Must be willing to work in BAGUIO CITY

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, residents, staff, and property.
  • Conduct regular patrols to detect suspicious activities or safety hazards.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to incidents or alarms.
  • Control access to the premises and verify authorized entry.
  • Provide a visible security presence to deter theft or criminal activity.
  • Enforce security policies and report any violations or irregularities.
  • Maintain detailed logs and incident reports during duty hours.
  • Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
  • Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
