About the Role

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to lead and manage our procurement operations — ensuring that our systems are upheld reliably, promptly, and with integrity.

This role plays a critical part in keeping our operations smooth across all branches.

This position is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, and securing the best terms with suppliers. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, resourcefulness, and initiative, with the ability to analyze, adapt, and uphold the company's high standards of integrity and reliability.

You will ensure:

  • That we always have the right supplies to meet our customers' needs.

  • That we secure the best prices and terms possible.
  • That coordination, logistics, and inventory management are accurate, efficient, and on point.

In essence, our Purchasing Specialist ensures the company's continuous growth through smart, ethical, and well-managed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve purchasing systems and processes for greater efficiency and control.
  • Add and evaluate new items that support the company's growth strategy.
  • Monitor inventory turnover and anticipate shortages to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Oversee warehouse stock levels and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Source, negotiate, and evaluate suppliers to secure the best value and lead times.
  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process — from requests to purchase orders, delivery tracking, and payment coordination.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to align purchasing with actual demand and priorities.
  • Maintain updated supplier records, price lists, and purchase histories.
  • Uphold ethical standards, transparency, and accountability in all dealings.
