  • Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases;
  • Assist with transactional tasks, such as due diligence and document review;
  • Transacts and process legal documentations with various government agencies and private entities;
  • Maintains monitoring sheet and prepares report related to the assigned tasks;
  • Attends meetings identify issues for legal administration and communicates them to appropriate legal personnel;
  • Handles position for Foreclosure and Unlawful Detainer cases; and fieldwork in site and housing units.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of related degree in liberal arts, humanities or qualified pre-law course/program.
  • Must be knowledgeable in legal writing, legal research, and processing with various government agencies.
  • Preferably CAN DRIVE.
