DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Internal and External Corporate Compliance
  • Government relations
  • Business Permit & Licenses Registrations
  • Liaise with SEC, BPLO, BFP, DOLE, OBO
  • Drafting and review of legal documents, secretary's certificate, board resolution, letters and correspondences, contracts and agreements
  • Process car insurance claims
  • Manage legal records, filings and routing of documents
  • Stay up-to-date with local and national regulations relevant to the companyEffective and collaborative partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of permit-related requirements
