Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Paralegal to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, maintaining files, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents
  • Conduct legal research
  • Maintain and organize files
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures
  • Provide analytical and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Paralegal studies or a related field
  • Knowledgeable in Law / Legal services, research, documentation or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player who is switched-on, hungry and full of initiative
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to do field work, including visits to government offices, or clients as needed
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Preferably with own motorcycle and a valid driver’s license
  • Office location is at Ayala Life – FGU Center Cebu, Mindanao Ave, Cebu City
