About the role

We are seeking an experienced Butcher to join our team at AALIYAH DELICATESSEN AND COLD STORAGE INC.' in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing high-quality meat preparation services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meats to customer specifications
  2. Ensuring meat products are properly stored and maintained at the correct temperature
  3. Providing excellent customer service by offering product recommendations and answering any questions
  4. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  5. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  6. Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Butche
  2. Strong knife skills and the ability to cut meat with precision
  3. Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation methods
  4. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide product recommendations
  5. Good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  6. Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays as required
