Job Description

  • Placing and receiving of daily meat order (chicken and beef). Documenting and submitting the record to Commissary Head.
  • Cutting and cleaning of the delivered meat based on daily requirements of different sections and different menus.
  • Applying all the necessary measurements in handling the meat product, from the time of delivery up to the time that the meat is submitted for processing or storage to keep it safe and clean.
  • Keeping the work environment clean and safe.
  • Safe keeping and maintaining all the equipment and tool on their possession.
  • Reporting to the section head and kitchen head in a regular base or as it is required.
  • May perform other related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Experience as Butcher is a must
  • Knowledgeable in food safety; cleaning and cutting various types of meat especially beef and chicken
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • Willing to be assigned in Muñoz, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
