QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the chemical industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in the chemical industry.
  • Strong competence in R&D of chemicals
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and technical software.
  • Proven track record of innovation and process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

ROLES:

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the technical department, including R&D, process engineering, and technical support.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Innovation and Development:

  • Oversee the research and development of new products and technologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
  • Identify and implement new technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Project Management:

  • Manage technical projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and maintain quality control standards and procedures.
  • Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve technical issues.

Team Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor technical staff and technical sales staff
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
