The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for designing, creating, and managing engaging visual, audio, and digital content to support the company's internal and external communications, marketing campaigns, and training programs. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure that all multimedia outputs effectively communicate the company's brand identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs for digital and print materials such as posters, videos, infographics, and presentations.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for corporate events, training sessions, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create multimedia content for the company website, intranet, and social media platforms.
  • Design and manage digital assets (logos, templates, and marketing collaterals) aligned with company branding.
  • Support HR and Communications in creating engaging materials for employee engagement, training, and company announcements.
  • Coordinate with vendors or creative agencies when outsourcing production work.
  • Stay updated with current trends in multimedia, design, and communication technologies.
  • Ensure that all media outputs comply with company branding guidelines and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of solid experience in multimedia design, photo and video production, or related field (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) or equivalent software.
  • Knowledge in photography, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Basic understanding of social media management and web content creation is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
