Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Event Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing bazaars, pop-up markets, or similar events.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media management, paid ads, email marketing).
  • Familiarity with event management tools and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management skills — ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong creative mindset to develop innovative concepts that attract diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships and coordinate with vendors.
  • Ability to analyze event performance and adjust strategies for improvement.
  • Passionate about community empowerment and supporting local businesses.
  • Adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset to handle unexpected challenges during events.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Description:

  • Develop unique bazaar concepts aligned with Lotus Development's mission to empower local talents and businesses.
  • Plan the bazaar calendar with themes, vendor curation, and community-driven initiatives.
  • Identify and recruit local entrepreneurs, artisans, and food vendors to showcase diverse products.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote each bazaar.
  • Manage social media content, event pages, and digital ads to drive engagement and attendance.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop eye-catching visuals and promotional materials.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, ensuring smooth registration, setup, and compliance with mall guidelines.
  • Coordinate logistics, such as stall layouts, equipment needs, and event flow.
  • Ensure smooth execution during event days by managing the team and handling any operational issues.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media partners to maximize event reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align the bazaar's purpose with the mall's community-building initiatives.
  • Track event performance metrics (foot traffic, sales, social media engagement) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Gather feedback from vendors and attendees to enhance future bazaars.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
