Role Overview

As a Deal Support Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you will support Aptean's global sales operations team. This onsite role in Ortigas Center requires working a US-time schedule to ensure smooth sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sellers to provide accurate support for deal structuring, pricing, and promotions
  • Prepare complex quotations using Salesforce CPQ
  • Ensure compliance with company and third-party policies, validating pricing, approvals, and contract terms
  • Maintain data accuracy for complex deals while adhering to high-quality standards

Qualifications / Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience with case management tools
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills for interpreting complex pricing structures
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate across teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with CRM and quote creation; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Desire for ongoing professional learning and training
