Job Summary

The Data Management Analyst serves as the steward and custodian of all customer and sales information of the company. This role ensures that data is available, accurate, secure, and compliant with relevant policies and laws. The Analyst will design and implement data management standards, models, flows, and controls to support business needs, improve data quality, and safeguard information from internal and external risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data stewardship and custodianship of customer and sales records
  • Develop, implement, and monitor data management guidelines, standards, and validation rules
  • Design and maintain data models, flows, dictionaries, and catalogs to ensure consistency and usability
  • Manage customer and sales metadata for a unified and integrated view of information
  • Design and implement data security controls in compliance with data privacy laws and information security policies
  • Assess and resolve data quality issues; monitor adherence to standards and retention policies
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to processes and applications to maximize effective data use
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, align priorities, and support projects
  • Conduct impact assessments, data validation, and testing for system changes
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations for regulatory compliance, innovation, and corporate initiatives
  • Support users with data interpretation, reporting, and operational concerns
  • Participate in vendor management, proposal evaluation, and vendor selection activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data management

Technical Competencies

  • Data stewardship and Customer Information Systems (CIS) management
  • Requirements elicitation and documentation
  • Definition and development of data standards
  • Data assessment, profiling, and modeling
  • Gap analysis and remediation planning
  • Test planning and quality assurance
  • Basic knowledge of BI and analytics tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (required)
  • Preferably with experience as a Data Management Analyst or in a similar role
  • Preferably with experience in Business Intelligence and Business Analytics tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Preferably with experience in project management
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have passed the Analyst Exam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
