What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily warehouse facility operations, ensuring all systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical) function properly.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for infrastructure and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine safety standards (DOLE, OSH, BFP) and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Supervise janitorial, maintenance, and security staff to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Handle emergency repairs and maintenance requests while minimizing operational disruptions.
- Monitor warehouse security systems (CCTV, access controls) and coordinate with security personnel.
- Manage facility maintenance budgets, optimizing costs while ensuring quality service.
- Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance logs, and incident tracking.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors and vendors for maintenance services.
- Ensure all procurement transactions comply with BIR invoicing, VAT compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with inventory needs.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or vocational diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 3-5 years in warehouse facilities management, logistics, or industrial maintenance.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in building maintenance, safety compliance, and equipment upkeep.
- Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with DOLE OSH regulations, fire safety codes, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in facility management software and warehouse infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems) is a plus.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required): TESDA NC II or NC III certification in Building Maintenance or Electrical Installation.
