Job Title: Front Desk Officer / Receptionist
Reports To: Office Manager / HR Manager
Location: 15-13 Angara Street, Barangay Anunas Angeles City
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and performing basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
- Ensure that all inquiries (in-person, phone, or email) are handled promptly and courteously.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in office administration preferred.
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
