Job Description:

  1. Management of annual external audits such as BRC, SMETA/URSA, SWA, Halal and FSC/PEFC as well as other client requested audits that include coordination with the audit company, accommodating the auditor and root cause analysis and corrective action making for the subsequent audit findings in coordination with the concerned department/section.

  2. Facilitating internal audits such as GMP, BRC, SMETA/URSA, SWA, Halal and FSC/PEFC and other client specific requirement as needed.

  3. Assist Sales Executives for any client's request for quality and food safety compliance as well as health, safety and environment.

  4. Answers client complaints including root cause analysis and corrective action making in coordination with other departments and section including trend analysis, verification and closing.

  5. Facilitate internal training for GMP, BRC, SMETA/URSA, SWA, Halal and FSC/PEFC and other related standards or topics as well as client specific requirements.

  6. Create or revise documented procedure or program as needed in compliance to GMP, BRC, SMETA/URSA, SWA, Halal and FSC/PEFC and other client specific requirements.

  7. Manages plant pest control management system in coordination with the 3rd party service provider and Facilities & Safety.

  8. Coordinates with other department/ section to ensure compliance with GMP, BRC, SMETA/URSA, SWA, Halal and FSC/PEFC and other related standards or topics as well as client specific requirements.

  9. Attend to top management's direction or request from time to time.

  10. Continuous improvement of quality, food safety, environment, health and safety programs thru study of current trends and client feedbacks.

  11. Works with the Document control officer in ensuring Government agency regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 4-5 years of experienced in quality management, 5 years in a leadership role.

  1. A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.

  2. Required skills include expertise in QMS implementation, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and business acumen.

  3. Willing to start ASAP.

  4. Willing to work in Quezon City.
