We're Hiring: Department Head – Food Service

Location: Makati City

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH; no weekends)

Work Schedule: Semi-flexible

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Department Head – Food Service to lead nationwide Food Service operations. You will drive business strategies, oversee sales and profitability, strengthen inventory and forecasting, and develop high-performing teams. This role is key in shaping division direction and ensuring execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and manage strategies and execution for the Food Service division
  • Build hypotheses and insights through sell-out data analysis
  • Manage sales and profitability, including expense oversight
  • Lead and develop Food Service sales representatives nationwide
  • Oversee inventory management aligned with sales forecasts
  • Guide career development, evaluations, and promotions of team members

Basic Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Section Manager in the Food Service division of a food manufacturing company
  • At least 3 years of experience each in marketing and sales within a food manufacturing organization
