Job title: Acting Department Head for Allied Products and Motorcycle After Sales and Repossessed Motorcycle Units

About the company: FMN Industrial Corporation (FMNIC), founded in 2005, is an authorized dealer of Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, and Kawasaki motorcycles. It quickly became a key player in motorcycle sales and service in Nueva Ecija and Bulacan, expanding to Quezon City. FMNIC works with Nick Motorcycle Gallery and Power Racer Inc. Additionally, FMNIC opened Nick Appliances and Furniture Gallery in 2009, with branches in Cabanatuan and Gerona.

Key Roles:

  • Lead and Manage Operations for allied products, motorcycle after-sales services, and repossessed units across all branches.
  • Oversee After-Sales Service including repairs, maintenance, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Allied Products (helmets, oils, parts, etc.) – ensure proper inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Handle Repossessed Units – oversee reconditioning, pricing, and resale to recover value efficiently.
  • Supervise and Train Staff to ensure good performance, teamwork, and customer service.
  • Monitor Reports and Targets – track sales, service performance, and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • With years of proven experience in after-sales, inventory, or motorcycle operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of motorcycle parts, service, and accessories
  • Experience in handling repossessed units is a plus
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting
  • Willing to travel to different branches
