Junior Account Manager/Account Executive

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team to work on a major corporate account. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to grow within a dynamic agency environment. You'll support project management and general administration, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and with a keen eye for quality.

This position would suit an energetic person looking to advance their career from a previous administrative background (preferably gained from Client Services in a Design Agency/Graphic Arts environment).

The suitable candidate will work closely with the Account Manager and Production teams within the team as well as liaise directly with the customer. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. This role can fall under a working from home arrangement.

Skills and experience required.

The following list represents the skills & experience of the ideal candidate:

  • At least two years' experience working in an Administrative or similar position (preferably gained from Client Services in a Design Agency/Graphic Arts environment).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal – able to demonstrate an ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure deadline, budget & quality expectations are met/exceeded.
  • A high degree of computer skills with experience in all MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • An ability to manage general admin e.g. using various systems to process works instructions, designs, PO's, Invoices, reports, couriers/despatch etc.
  • Possess a high degree of attention to detail with a desire to progress.
  • An ability to touch type at a minimum speed of 50wpm.

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
