We're looking for a Marketing Executives who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. In this role, you'll engage with both potential buyers and current clients to showcase our properties and ensure their needs are met. From coordinating property showings to advising clients on the best investment choices, every day will bring new challenges and exciting opportunities

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with Prospects & Clients: Meet with potential buyers and existing clients, showcasing our properties and helping them find the perfect match.
  • Identify Client Needs: Understand your clients' requirements, preferences, and budget to present the most suitable properties that align with their expectations.
  • Promote Property Sales: Plan and execute effective marketing strategies, including advertisements and campaigns, to boost property visibility and attract qualified buyers.
  • Coordinate Property Showings: Schedule and manage smooth, professional property tours, ensuring an excellent experience for all prospective buyers.
  • Advise During Visits: Provide expert advice during property visits and inspections, guiding clients on the potential, value, and suitability of each property.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Help achieve sales goals and contribute to team success by sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and celebrating wins together.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous real estate experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person with a passion for real estate.
  • Communication Skills: You should be a great communicator—both in person and in writing—to connect with clients and teammates.
  • Customer Service: We're all about people You must have a customer-first mindset and the ability to meet clients' needs effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: You'll need confidence and skill in negotiating deals to close sales.
  • Organizational Skills: Multitasking is a must You'll be handling multiple appointments, tasks, and clients, so staying organized is key.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using real estate software, CRM systems, and basic office tools like Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to Detail: Every detail counts From listings to contracts, accuracy is essential.
  • Problem-Solving: You'll need to think on your feet and resolve issues with ease.
  • Self-Motivation: You're proactive and goal-driven with the ambition to excel and meet sales targets.
