Functional Lead the creative development of multi-platform brand campaigns—from concept to execution—translating brand strategies into impactful visual solutions. Develop and communicate clear creative direction rooted in strong visual storytelling. Create and evolve branding and visual identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines. Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and deliverables. Present campaign concepts, mood boards, and design solutions to internal teams and clients. Guide and review designer work to maintain high creative standards and strategic alignment. Foster a collaborative, team-first environment, working closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers. Utilize project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to manage creative workflows, track progress, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration. Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive creative edge. Contribute to new business pitches and client presentations with innovative ideas and visuals.
