Job Objective:

  • Responsible for coordinating and consolidating detailed information on projects to be able to produce an accurate and timely master list.

Job Qualifications:

  • Any 4-year course preferably sales/engineering related
  • With at least 6 months of experience in similar role
  • Organized, customer oriented, computer literate and can do field-works
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office specifically in MS Excel
  • Willing to work/report in San Juan City

Job Description:

  • Ensure all projects are placed and monitored in the project master list for easy information availability
  • Communicate regularly with Project Management, Account Executives, and Detailing.
  • Relay updates and changes in site conditions to Plant Logistics.
  • Provide up-to-date project master list which will be the central and consolidated source of information for sales up to production.
  • Able to close out projects according to the agreed timeline with customer.
  • Practice 5S in the workplace.
  • Safeguard/Protect the company's image.
  • Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time-to-time.
