ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
-Manage and lead store staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
-Meet and exceed sales targets through effective team coordination and customer engagement.
-Train, mentor, and develop staff to improve performance and customer service.
-Maintain inventory control and ensure stock levels meet store needs.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
-Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of any course.
-Previous experience in a retail supervisory role.
-Flexible and willing to work during weekends, and holidays as needed.
-Willing to be assigned to Greenhills, San Juan.
