Overview

The Demo Lead serves as DecoLiving's field sales representative, leading rug demonstrations for clients. This role ensures smooth demo operations, excellent client experience, accurate documentation, and successful sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the demo team (driver & demo assistants) during rug presentations.
  • Assist and engage with clients, ensuring all questions are answered.
  • Present products clearly and confidently; maintain strong product knowledge.
  • Close sales, process payments, and complete all required documentation.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams for scheduling and deliveries.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold DecoLiving's customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Pleasing personality, trustworthy, and customer-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Field sales or showroom experience preferred.
  • Eager to learn and enjoys handling clients.
  • Must be team-oriented and willing to do fieldwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
