Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The

ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting employee

relations, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This

role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to building a positive workplace

culture aligned with our agency's fast-paced and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening,

interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize training and development

programs.

  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback

mechanisms.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and conflict

resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the advertising, marketing,

or digital industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
