Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job Summary
The HR Specialist is responsible for a broad spectrum of HR functions to contribute to business success, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management, employee relations, culture building, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise partner agencies from headcount management to exit management of outsourced employees.
- Conduct monthly meetings with all agency partners to discuss employee concerns.
- Handle monthly contract management and performance management of employees, ensuring timely updates in the system.
- Oversee headcount in accordance with the yearly budget and business needs.
- Process employee information changes such as position, department, and supervisor updates.
- Assist in the onboarding process of local employees.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Can start
as soon as possible
. - Willing to work onsite in
BGC, Taguig
. - At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience (Agency Management).
- Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
