About the role

KFC is seeking an experienced Restaurant QA Specialist to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our restaurant operations. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining KFC's reputation for serving delicious, high-quality meals to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting store checks to determine store preparedness for food safety audit.
  • Conducting store investigation on product quality complaints and;
  • Conduct pre-opening store checks and new store assessments.
  • Create and send reports on findings noted during store checks.
  • Create and send reports regarding product quality complaint investigated and;
  • Create and send reports regarding findings during pre opening store checks and new store assessments.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must be graduate of BS Food Technology.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in Food industry is an advantage.
  • With good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Amenable to report onsite in Scout Tobias, Q.C.
  • Willing to do field works.
