Job Description:

  • Performing Mandatory Inspection and Quality Test
  • Analyzing data and generating detailed quality reports to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with production team
  • Investigate Customer Complaints and non-conformance
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices
  • Ensuring the company's food safety and quality management systems are maintained and up to date
  • Staying current with industry regulations and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Degree in food science, food technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the food manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
