Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure all academic activities and programs comply with internal governance, external regulatory bodies, and industry best practices.

Audits & Reviews:

  • Conduct internal and external process reviews and audits to assess adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations for enhancements to the academic framework.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the QA team, guiding them in implementing quality assurance practices and methodologies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with faculty, department heads, and other administrative staff to promote and integrate quality assurance into all academic processes and student services.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks to academic quality, develop strategies to mitigate them, and ensure consistent implementation of corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, making recommendations for new technologies, methods, and processes to enhance academic quality and outcomes.
