Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire QA process, including developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting inspections, and identifying quality issues. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with standards, providing training and support to QA teams, and ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations. The manager will also be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Excellent analytical skills for identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Effective communication and coordination skills with various departments
- Ability to train and support QA teams effectively
- Previous experience in a managerial role within quality assurance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
