Core Quality Assurance Tasks

Inspect raw materials for compliance with safety and quality standards before production begins

Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP protocols

Conduct routine lab tests on in-process and finished products (e.g., pH, moisture, microbial load)

Document and analyze results to identify trends or deviations from quality benchmarks

Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability

Enforce sanitation protocols in production and packaging areas

Train staff on food safety procedures and hygiene standards

Participate in internal and external audits to maintain certifications and regulatory compliance

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare QA reports and maintain detailed records for traceability

Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations

Update and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly
