Position: Cold Caller / Lead Qualifier

Location: Office-Based – IT Park, Cebu

Type: Full-Time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00/month

What You will Do

● Make outbound calls to homeowners using a proven script

● Ask key questions to qualify motivated seller leads

● Handle objections, build rapport, and take detailed call notes

● Pass qualified leads to our acquisitions team

You're a Fit If You

● Speak clear, natural English with a neutral or
American accent

● Are confident, coachable, and persistent

● Have cold calling or sales experience (real estate is a plus)

● Are willing to work on-site in IT Park, Cebu

● Can follow scripts, handle rejection, and remain professional
