Snapscale is seeking a
driven, results-focused appointment setter
based in the Philippines to help us connect with healthcare practices and other target industries. You'll be engaging decision-makers through
direct messaging
and
cold calling
, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
As a Senior B2B Cold Caller, you will be performing these tasks, but not limited to:
- Make outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices, Dental & Orthodontic Practices, Hearing Health & Audiology, Physical Therapy & Rehab Clinics, Other Healthcare-Adjacent Businesses
- Send personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest
- Qualify prospects using Snapscale's proven outreach framework
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in GHL and Pipedrive
- Maintain accurate calls using powerdialer Kixie and messaging records, track metrics, and meet weekly appointment goals,
- Follow scripts while also adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- 3+ experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation
- Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach
- Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
- Stable internet connection and professional work environment
Preferred:
- Experience in the healthcare, medical, or B2B services sector
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical office operations
