We're looking for a Real Estate Sales Caller to help drive new business by connecting with potential property sellers and booking appraisal appointments for our sales manager in Australia. This role suits someone confident on the phone, organized, and experienced in real estate or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Calling & Appointment Coordination

  • Contact property owners from the provided database to gauge their interest in selling.
  • Secure and schedule property appraisal appointments for the Business Development Manager.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of having an appraisal and address basic client questions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals while maintaining a positive client experience.

Database & CRM Management

  • Keep all client and lead information accurate and up to date.
  • Record call outcomes, interest levels, and notes within the CRM.
  • Manage follow-ups, reschedules, and reminders efficiently.

Research & Administrative Support

  • Conduct basic research on property details, neighborhoods, and market data to support client conversations.
  • Assist with reviewing property documents and preparing client materials.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and file organization.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Real estate experience is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in logging data.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a home setup.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs and knowledge of Australian property trends is an advantage.
  • Must have a valid passport for possible overseas training.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
