Human Resource Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining current HR files and databases.
2. Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
3. Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
4. Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
5. Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.
6. Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action.
7. Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system.
8. Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
9. Participating in recruitment efforts.
10. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
11. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
12. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
13. Conducting benefit enrollment process
14. Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

With 1 year of working experience.

Proficient Written and Verbal communication skills.

High level of responsibility and integrity.

Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Organized, keen to details, hard-working, flexible and a fast learner.
