You will assist in managing and maintaining site operations to ensure that all activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with the Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager and other team members to support site-specific projects, handle day-to-day issues, and contribute to the overall success of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management Support: Assist in the management of site operations, including daily maintenance, safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and analyze site data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records related to site performance and activities.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and address site-related issues or challenges, providing solutions or escalating matters to senior staff (Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager) as needed.
  • Project Assistance: Support site projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with supervisors, team members, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assist in conducting safety audits and training sessions.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation (daily reports, subcon billing), and maintaining site equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in site management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
