Janitor/Pet Caretaker

• General Cleaning & Maintenance Duties:
• Clean and maintain interior areas of buildings, including offices, warehouses, floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls

Outdoor Maintenance:

• Maintain exterior grounds, including lawn mowing, bush trimming, and general landscaping
• Remove snow, ice, and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, and entrances
• Keep exterior entryways clean and clear of obstructions

Equipment & Facilities Maintenance:

• Replace HVAC air filters and perform routine maintenance checks
• Perform minor repairs on tools, equipment, and fixtures
• Assist with setup and breakdown of furniture or equipment for meetings or events

Animal Care:

• Provide daily care for on-site cats, including feeding, grooming, litter box cleaning, and monitoring overall well-being
• Ensure pet areas are clean, odor-free, and safe at all times
• Report any signs of illness or unusual behavior to the appropriate supervisor or caretaker
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as desks, door handles, phones, and office equipment
• Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly to maintain hygiene standards
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all flooring in office and warehouse areas
• Wash and clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, and other surfaces as needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners as required
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Stock and organize cleaning and supply rooms regularly
• Monitor and replenish cleaning and janitorial supplies; place orders when inventory is low
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php720.00 per day
