About the role

As a Production Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production team in our Valenzuela City, Metro Manila facility. This is a full-time, on-site role that will require you to ensure the efficient and effective manufacture of our products.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a team of production workers to meet daily and weekly production targets
  • Monitor and optimise production processes to maximise efficiency and quality
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Provide hands-on support and training to the production team as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement change initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a production supervisor or team leader in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically
  • Hands-on experience with production equipment and machinery
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track and improve production metrics
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
