We are seeking candidates to improve our project workflow and outcomes by monitoring and reporting project site installation progress.

Job Overview:

Successful candidates are envisioned to be responsible and spend majority of their time onsite and hands-on in supervising the installation of our cabinetry works. Candidates will have to supervise multiple projects and ensure timely reporting and adherence to installation schedules.

The candidate will also have the opportunity to shape our operational foundations by creating and refining reporting processes and project installation templates.

You will also be expected to work with and scrutinize production quality of cabinets to be installed. Final success in this role will be demonstrated by end customer satisfaction and installation swiftness.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform initial quality checks on production/fabrication quality before delivery and installation
  • Create a delivery and installation timeline and ensure adherence
  • Create and submit reports on delivery/installation/retouching progress as relevant to site
  • Supervise installation teams on their work
  • Liaise with relevant onsite personnel - incl. engineers, architects, and clients

Project Site Supervisor Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (preferred), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
  • Responsible and able to work alone
  • Excellent leadership and communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pays attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
