Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts across a wide range of positions, from managerial to specialized roles, as well as international hires. This role requires strategic sourcing, networking, and the use of multiple platforms to ensure that we attract and hire the right talent to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for managerial positions, specialized roles, and international candidates.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using different platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.).
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interviews, and job offers.
  • Collaborate with department heads and management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring requirements.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Represent the company brand positively in all recruitment and networking efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in talent acquisition, with proven success in sourcing managerial, specialized, and international candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing platforms and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
