Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing, up to deployment and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be proactive in building talent pipelines, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and supporting the organization in hiring top talent aligned with our business needs.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; experience in end-to-end hiring (sourcing to deployment and onboarding) is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing strategies.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Preferably based in Quezon City or nearby cities, or willing to relocate (company-provided staff house available).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule, with readiness to be onsite most of the week.
- High sense of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
