What is your mission?

We are looking for a Power BI Developer who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports. You'll design, develop, and optimize Power BI solutions, collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs, and ensure data accuracy across all models. If you're passionate about data visualization, problem-solving, and driving smarter business decisions through analytics, we'd love to have you on our team.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data visualization and reporting needs
  • Build and maintain data models ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance
  • Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes from various data sources
  • Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across data environments
  • Develop and maintain data documentation, dictionaries, and report specifications
  • Provide training and support to end-users for Power BI usage and self-service analytics
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI-related issues
  • Stay current with Power BI features, tools, and best practices

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Proficient in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
  • Strong data modeling experience (star and snowflake schema design)
  • Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets
  • Experience with ETL processes and integrating data from databases, APIs, and cloud sources
  • Understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling with data
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical accuracy
  • Proactive problem-solver who can resolve discrepancies and optimize reports
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to explain insights clearly
  • Strong time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • A team player who can also work independently on assigned projects
